Luca Marziale works in abstract micro-landscapes, focusing in on natural elements and organisms found in extreme environments.

His photographs reveal unique patterns and textures creating an otherworldly experience for the viewer. Working with the medium format Hasselblad camera, he creates large-scale darkroom C - Type prints. Each work is configured in both 30 x 30 and 45 x 45 inch formats. He has participated in numerous important solo and group exhibitions including; SCOPE (Art Show Basel), SCOPE (Art Show Miami), The Other Art Fair (London), and CONTEXT (New York City). He is a BFA graduate from the School of Visual Arts in New York City and is represented by galleries; Artstar (New York City) and Artistics (Paris). Luca Marziale was born in Lugano, Switzerland, and currently lives and works between Milan and Lugano.
